Help us settle the big pub argument in CAR Towers this week: who will be the 2010 Formula One world champion? Our office is peppered with Schumacher revisionists, a Vettel optimist, a few Hamilton hopefuls and some Button believers.
Coming off a sharp sales decline in December, Toyota Division is trying to lure buyers into showrooms with new cash offers for customers and dealers. Even the Prius is getting support, after having been excluded from the brand's lavish incentive program in the last quarter of 2008. Toyota put $750 in dealer cash on the hood of the hybrid car.

Update 12/2/2010: Citroen has now revealed the DS 4 in concept form as the Citroen DS High rider Concept. The publicity for the push by Citroen for a more up-market position in car buyers minds started in earnest when details of the Citroen DS Inside Concept were first revealed back in February. That was followed up by the reveal of the DS Inside Concept at Geneva the following month, followed by more details of the Citroen DS3 in the following months.
